Outer Banks Boat Ramps

NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp—Washington Baum Bridge, Nags Head
This ramp is located on the west side of the Washington Baum Bridge, directly across from Pirate's Cove Marina. From US 158 East, take US 64 West at milepost 16.5. After you have crossed the Washington Baum Bridge, turn left onto the access road.

Dare County Public Boat Ramp (pictured)—Manteo
While traveling from Nags Head on US 158 E, take US 64 W at milepost 16.5. Go 3.9 miles to the traffic light at Manteo and turn right onto 64/N Main Highway. Turn left onto Bowstertown Road, follow this road to the end and turn left. The boat ramp driveway is on the right.

Dare County Public Boat Ramp—Manns Harbor
This launch is located on the mainland. From US 64/N Main Highway in Manteo, travel straight through town and over the William B. Umstead Bridge. Turn left at the docks.
